Services described

Course descriptions, pricing pages, and product summaries are informational. They do not constitute a binding offer until we confirm enrolment in writing and issue an invoice or agreement. This website does not process payments or checkout.

Accounts and access

If you receive access to the financial statement review app or course materials, you must keep credentials confidential and use the materials only for your organisation’s internal learning unless a separate licence says otherwise.

Intellectual property

Site content, course materials, templates, and app interface designs are owned by Intellidatacloud or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell materials without prior written consent. Limited excerpts for internal training notes are permitted where your enrolment agreement allows.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other learners. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

Disclaimer

Training content is educational. It is not audit advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional judgement on your specific financial statements. Outcomes depend on your team’s context and effort.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by United Kingdom law, Intellidatacloud is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use or training participation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid enrolment is limited to the fees you paid for that enrolment in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future visits.
