Refund policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026. How refunds work for Intellidatacloud enrolments.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid course seats and app subscriptions invoiced by Intellidatacloud. Informational prices on this website are not charges until we confirm enrolment and you pay an invoice.
Timeframe
You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than one live lab and have not downloaded more than 20% of downloadable course files. After 14 days, partial refunds may be considered as described below.
Full refund conditions
A full refund is available when: (1) the request arrives within 14 days of payment; (2) access remains within the limits above; and (3) no Board Circle custom facilitation days have already been delivered.
Partial refunds
If you withdraw after the 14-day window but before the midpoint of a Studio Cohort, we may refund 40% of the course fee after deducting a £45 administration charge. App-only Desk Seat renewals are non-refundable once the renewal period has started.
Non-refundable items
- Completed private facilitation days already delivered
- Third-party examination or membership fees we collect on your behalf (if any)
- Seats transferred to another learner at your request
How to request a refund

Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. We will confirm by email when the refund has been instructed.
Cancellation by Intellidatacloud
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee.
Exceptions
Statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom remain unaffected. Where a cooling-off right applies to distance contracts for services, we will honour it in line with applicable law. Misuse of materials or breach of our Terms may void refund eligibility.
