Before Board Circle, each analyst produced a different style of pack commentary. After eight weeks with a shared app workspace and two phrasing workshops, board packs shrank by roughly a third and questions shifted from “what does this line mean?” to “what decision follows?”
Limitation they still note: importing scanned PDFs into the review app needs a tidy text layer first. They now request searchable packs from their auditor.
The firm enrolled twelve juniors on Statement Review Studio ahead of busy season. Seniors reported fewer incomplete first drafts of review notes, especially around cash-flow classifications.
